Experience & Practice

I work to high professional and ethical standards and follow the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

I am also registered with the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).

Confidentiality, consent, boundaries, and your wellbeing are central to everything I do.

Alongside my counselling training, I bring over 15 years’ experience supporting disabled people, individuals in crisis, and people living with mental health conditions.

This background means I understand not only the emotional impact of distress, but also the wider social and systemic pressures that often sit alongside it.
